Call for Application (Study Program 2009-2011)
The European Commission will provide

* 17 scholarships for non-EU students and
* 1-2 scholarships for students from the “Western Balkans and Turkey Window”
* 3-4 scholarships for non-EU scholars (visiting teachers, post-graduates or PhD).

Scholarships for non-EU students and scholars target “third country applicants” (meaning OTHER nationalities than from the EU Member states, EEA-EFTA states (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), and candidate countries for accession to the European Union (Croatia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Turkey).

Additional scholarships will be available for 1-2 students from the “Western Balkans and Turkey Window”: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Serbia and Kosovo under UNSC Resolution 1244/99, as well as the three candidate countries, namely Croatia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Turkey.

A. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

1. Business Consultant HRIS (BC-HRIS) / Business Consultant IFS (BC-IFS)

Be responsible in giving solutions regarding application programs needed by customers, starting from identification the customer needs, determine technical specifications, preparing user documentations, exercising the new systems and conducting training of systems to the customers.

Requirements:

* Min. S1, preferably in computer science

* For BC-HRIS :

- Candidates with IT background : preferably have min. 1 year programming experience especially in developing HRIS software

- Candidates without IT background : have depth knowledge of Human Resources Information System

* For BC-IFS, have depth knowledge of IFS, both programming and system

* Preferably have 1 year experience as Business Consultant, with experiences in handling project

2. Application Engineer (APP-ENG)

Responsible for performing computer programming, including preparation of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test & debugs computer programs; prepare technical documentation.

Requirements:

* Min. S1 majoring in computer science

* Familiar with Java or Visual Studio.Net. Microsoft SQL Server or others RDBMS

* Have a good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and or IFS System

* Preferably have 1 year Programming experience; fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

3. Application Support (APP-SUP)

Responsible of program applications installation, trial the programs, and deliver training or provide information to the customers of how to use the programs

Requirements:

* Min. S1 majoring in computer science

* Have a good knowledge of Java or Visual Studio.Net. Microsoft SQL Server or others RDBMS is an advantage

* Preferably have 1 year experience in the same field.

4. Designer (Designer)

Responsible to make / develop graphic design (Web and Printing) and to maintain the customers’ website.

Requirements:

* Min. S1 majoring in Visual Communication Design

* Preferably have 1 year experience as designer

B. SALES & MARKETING

1. Sales Engineer / Technical Engineer - Oil Field Chemical (SE-CE/TE-CE)

Requirements:

* Graduated of Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering

* Have min. 3 years experience as Oil Field Chemical Engineer and familiar with bottle test

* Work independently and keen to travel

2. Sales Executive (SE)

Grow sales in existing customers and develop new business opportunities

3. Technical Support (TS)

Dalam rangka peningkatan mutu dosen, Direktorat Ketenagaan Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi membuka pendaftaran beasiswa S2 dan S3 luar negeri untuk tahun 2009, bagi dosen tetap PTN, dosen DPK dan dosen tetap PTS di lingkungan Departemen Pendidikan Nasional. Beasiswa untuk program S2 selama 2 tahun, dan program S3 selama 3 tahun.
Pendaftaran dan seleksi dilakukan dalam 3 tahap :

* Tahap I : pendaftaran ditutup tanggal 28 November 2008, dan seleksi direncanakan pada bulan Desember 2008;
* Tahap II : pendaftaran ditutup tanggal 27 Februari 2009, dan seleksi direncanakan pada bulan Maret 2009;
* Tahap III : pendaftaran ditutup tanggal 29 April 2009, dan seleksi direncanakan pada bulan Mei 2009.


Bagi peserta yang belum mulai studi, pendaftaran dilakukan secara kolektif melalui perguruan tinggi tempat bekerja.
Setiap pelamar melengkapi :

1. Form A dari Direktorat Ketenagaan Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi yang telah diisi.

2. Letter of Acceptance dari perguruan tinggi yang terakreditasi;

3. Fotocopy ijasah S1 bagi pelamar jenjang S2 dan S2 bagi pelamar jenjang S3;

4. Bukti kemampuan berbahasa Inggris (TOEFL/IELTS), Jerman, Perancis, Jepang atau bahasa lain, sesuai tempat studi (tidak lebih dari dua tahun terakhir);

5. Khusus untuk pelamar S3 melampirkan rencana riset yang telah disetujui calon pembimbing di luar negeri;

6. Surat pengantar dari pimpinan perguruan tinggi


Bagi mereka yang sedang studi di luar negeri, pendaftaran dilakukan melalui perguruan tinggi tempat bekerja (diberi pengantar oleh pimpinan perguruan tinggi, baik secara individual atau kolektif), dengan kelengkapan :

1. Seperti butir 1, 3 dan 4 tersebut di atas;

2. Laporan kemajuan studi yang diketahui/disahkan oleh pembimbing

3. Rencana penyelesaian studi.


Bagi pelamar beasiswa tahun 2008 yang belum mendapatkan beasiswa, perlu memperbaharui lamaran dengan kelengkapan :

1. Form A dari Direktorat Ketenagaan Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi yang telah diisi dengan data terbaru

2. Kelengkapan lain sesuai dengan posisi masing-masing (masih belum berangkat atau sedang studi di luar negeri) yang pada tahun 2008 belum atau kurang lengkap. Untuk memudahkan, diharapkan mengirim copy baru dari kelengkapan tersebut.
